Because of their disparate systems, Black Clover didn't have visibility into business operations.

As a young company, Black Clover started on QuickBooks for financials and Fishbowl for inventory management.


Their disparate systems resulted in data silos and inaccurate reports.


Even as their business grew and they transitioned to NetSuite, their data was still causing them headaches.

        Strategy

        Our team helped Black Clover take control of their data chaos with a data warehouse and customized reporting solution for complete visibility into their business.

        Eide Bailly sat down with Black Clover to assess their goals, needs, and current data sources and reporting tools. We pulled and centralized their inventory, sales, and accounting data.


        Then we created a new data warehouse that scrubbed and synthesized the data into a single source of truth that every department could access, and built custom reports using Tableau so they could visualize and make sense of the data. We provided training so their employees could get the most out of their new reporting tool.


        Now, we host their data and perform routine audits and maintenance to keep things running smoothly.
