Event Overview

The comprehensive tax legislation passed by Congress in July 2025, known as the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBB), extends the expiring provisions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 while also introducing many new tax changes. This session provides an overview of the new legislation and how it impacts organizations and individuals. We'll also cover a variety of year-end tax planning topics, including critical updates surrounding year-end payroll reporting and Form 1099 filing requirements.
