Cost reporting isn’t just a requirement — it’s a revenue driver.

Accurate Medicare and Medicaid cost reports play a critical role in your organization’s financial stability. When regulations are complex and reimbursement rules keep changing, missed details can mean missed dollars.

Eide Bailly helps healthcare providers prepare, review, and optimize cost reports with precision and perspective. From large health systems to rural Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs), nursing facilities, and clinics, we help you stay compliant, understand what’s driving reimbursement, and approach each reporting cycle with confidence.

For CAHs specifically, our proprietary financial modeling tool helps estimate interim payment rates and forecast year‑end settlements, so you’re not waiting until year‑end to understand your financial position.
