November 7, 2025

We are proud to announce our continued recognition by the Accounting MOVE Project, earning a place on both the 2025 Best CPA Firms for Women and Best CPA Firms for Equity Leadership lists. This marks the sixth time Eide Bailly has been honored for its commitment to advancing women in the profession and equity leadership.

The Accounting MOVE Project’s 2025 report highlights the urgent need for high-belonging cultures in public accounting, especially as the profession faces significant talent challenges. Eide Bailly’s inclusion on these prestigious lists reflects its intentional efforts to foster inclusion, reduce turnover, and build a workplace where all team members can thrive.

“We are honored to be recognized once again by the Accounting MOVE Project,” said Lisa Fitzgerald, Chief Human Resources Officer at Eide Bailly. “This year’s report underscores that belonging is not a perk — it’s a business imperative. At Eide Bailly, we believe that when people feel seen, supported, and valued, they do their best work. That belief drives our culture and our strategy.”

To qualify for the Best CPA Firms for Equity Leadership list, firms must have women comprising at least 31% of partners and principals. Eide Bailly continues to exceed this benchmark through deliberate succession planning, pay equity initiatives, and leadership development programs. The firm’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), coaching opportunities, and flexible work models are key components of its inclusive approach.

Eide Bailly’s commitment to being one connected firm is evident in its investment in employee well-being, and its focus on building career pathways for all professionals. These efforts not only strengthen retention but also enhance client service and drive innovation.

Since 2010, the Accounting MOVE Project has provided data-driven insights into the advancement of women in accounting. The 2025 report emphasizes belonging as a key driver of retention and performance, offering firms a roadmap to build resilient, inclusive cultures.
