BILLINGS, MT — Edison, Perry & Company PC of Enterprise, Ore., will become part of Eide Bailly LLP, a regional certified public accounting and business advisory firm, on Jan. 11, 2016.
Edison, Perry & Co. will assume the Eide Bailly name and become Eide Bailly’s first office in the state of Oregon, raising the total number of offices for the firm to 29 in 13 states. The union will add 16 staff to the firm, including one partner, Jeff Edison, president of Edison, Perry & Co. Edison will also serve as office lead partner in Enterprise.

Enterprise is centrally located between Eide Bailly offices in Spokane, Wash., and Boise, Idaho, which strengthens the firm’s ability to provide resources and solutions to clients in the region while delivering local, personal service.
