He provides a wide range of risk management consulting services for clients, including allowance for Loan and Lease Loss methodology and risk rating review. Phil provides senior management and directors with guidance on how to identify, measure, monitor and control critical institutional risk exposure. He provides loan file review services and consulting services for stress testing loan portfolios, as well as performs due diligence procedures for financial institutions. Phil is an author and co-author for Eide Bailly newsletter articles and other industry publications and is also a frequent presenter on financial institution topics for client seminars.
