I am a serial entrepreneur, but my day job is tax CPA. I understand the unique business perspective of my clients not merely as an advisor but as a business owner too. My strength is taking complicated tax concepts and boiling them down to economic sound bites my clients can digest and upon which they can make decisions.
Paul has over ten years of extensive tax experience with an international accounting firm and 38 years of consulting experience with companies that range in size from start-ups to public entities. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer for a multi-state telecommunications company.
Paul works with clients in a variety of industries, including government contracting, manufacturing, and technology. He specializes in business mergers and acquisitions, corporate and partnership taxation, and strategic exit planning for owners of closely held businesses.
Outside of work Paul enjoys golfing, hiking, boating, fishing and coaching his grandchildren in youth sports.
