Since 2001, Ken has worked closely with clients on healthcare transactions. On the buy-side, Ken is instrumental in developing the Quality of Earnings (QofE), Valuing Net Patient Accounts Receivable, Calculating the Preliminary (PNWC) and Final Net Working Capital (FNWC) through settlement, and establishing the Opening Balance Sheet(s). On the sell-side, Ken calculates the PNWC/FNWC through settlement and assists clients in calculating the gain or loss on a sale transaction.
Through his tenure, Ken has been very successful in managing a clean transaction process, with only one transaction that resulted in arbitration/litigation. This transaction was successfully arbitrated for the client, resulting in an additional $12.5 million in settlement funds.
Outside of the office, Ken enjoys spending time with family and friends.
