Joyce provides audit, accounting and advisory services to governmental entities, focusing on K-12 school districts and county offices of education. She also works with nonprofit organizations. Previously, Joyce obtained experience at another CPA firm conducting reviews and compilations for multi-national corporations with sales and services provided internationally. This broader world-view of the economic environment has assisted her providing her clients with the expertise needed to understand and navigate our current economic issues.

Clients can expect Joyce's guidance in helping them stay up to date on compliance standards and reporting requirements, especially those related to the Single Audit Act and California Education. Joyce attends and participates in the annual conference presented by CASBO as well as the CalCPA Education Foundation's annual School District Conference.
