He has more than 15 years of tax experience in business and individual income taxation with respect to planning for transactions, formation and operations. Eugene also has experience with the formation of public charities and private foundations, as well as obtaining, maintaining and reinstating (as necessary) their tax-exempt status. He worked in the tax practice group of a full-service global law firm before returning to public accounting in 2017.
