Over the past 15 years at Eide Bailly, Courtney has built deep experience providing audit and accounting services to private companies across a range of industries. As a Senior Manager and soon to be Partner in the firm’s assurance practice, Courtney works closely with management teams and owners to deliver high quality audits and provide practical guidance on complex accounting, financial reporting, and business matters.

Courtney assists organizations in meeting their goals by helping them navigate challenging and evolving issues, including complex equity structures, technical accounting matters such as business combinations, and changes in accounting standards. She takes a thoughtful, solutions oriented approach, combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of her clients’ businesses to support informed decision making throughout the year—not just during the audit process.

Courtney is well versed in U.S. GAAP and the application of new and emerging accounting guidance, and she regularly advises clients on implementation considerations, financial statement disclosures, and audit readiness. Her experience and insight are valued by clients and colleagues alike, particularly when addressing complex or non routine transactions.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband and children, whether that includes a relaxing evening at home playing board games or a fun weekend outdoors. She is also an avid CrossFitter and lover of food.
