Since 1993, Carmen has been providing accounting services and tax-related services. She assists business entities with tax compliance matters as well as consulting services such as sales, mergers, reorganizations and acquisitions of businesses, entity structure planning, corporate reorganizations and state tax planning.

In her work, Carmen aims to get to know each client individually and appreciates there is no one-size-fits-all solution that works for everyone. She prides herself in providing personal service and a hands-on approach when working with clients. Carmen makes an effort to be involved in every aspect of her work with clients from planning to final review.

In her free time, Carmen enjoys cheering on her children at their various activities, using her camera to snap a couple good shots when she can. She's a big fan of relaxing on the river, enjoying dinner out with friends, playing cards or, when time allows, taking a vacation or two.
