Bill provides audit, accounting, mergers/acquisitions, and advisory services to manufacturing, distribution, and logistics entities as well as retail companies and commercial lenders. He works with several manufacturing, distribution, and logistics companies that have operations throughout the United States. Additionally, his experience encompasses retail, construction, software development, and service companies, which range in size from startup to large established international corporations.

Previously, he spent several years in private accounting in roles of CFO, VP of Operations, and Corporate Controller for commercial corporations in the manufacturing, trucking, promotional products, and marketing industries.

Bill began his career with Big 4 International public accounting firms in which his management experience emphasized audit, business consultation, and mergers and acquisition support.
