Bill provides audit, accounting, mergers/acquisitions and advisory services to commercial entities and financial institutions as well as nonprofit organizations. He works with several community banks and financing companies that operate throughout California. Additionally, his experience encompasses manufacturing, retail, construction, distribution/logistics, software development and service companies, which range in size from startup to large established international corporations. Bill also assists nonprofit organizations in reporting information in a manner that is informative to donors and other interested parties, as well as in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles. Previously, he spent several years in private accounting in roles of CFO, VP of Operations and Corporate Controller for commercial corporations in the manufacturing, trucking, promotional products and marketing industries. Bill began his career with Big 4 International public accounting firms in which his management experience emphasized audit, business consultation, mergers and acquisition support.
