Agency Recruitment Policy

At Eide Bailly, we recognize the value that third-party recruitment can provide in identifying and engaging top talent. The firm may engage external agencies in limited circumstances; however, such engagement is typically reserved for select roles or locations and is initiated solely at Eide Bailly’s discretion.

  • Eide Bailly does not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruitment agencies or recruiters. We reserve the right to pursue and hire those candidates without any financial obligation or liability to the recruiter or agency.
  • All third-party agencies must coordinate directly with the Eide Bailly Talent Acquisition team. All candidates must follow the Eide Bailly recruitment process. Verbal or written commitments from any other member of the Eide Bailly staff will not be considered binding terms.
  • Eide Bailly only conducts business with preapproved vendors (agencies or third-party recruiters) that have a signed agreement in place. Engagement with third-party agencies is by prior authorization from the Talent Acquisition team only.
