Sean has more than 25 years of public accounting experience. Sean specializes in taxation of closely held businesses and the taxation of their owners. He has worked with several private equity groups and their related portfolio companies. He enjoys helping clients resolve issues or problems, no matter how great or small.
Sean provides services to clients including retail, commercial, manufacturing, construction and professional services. He has experience in tax compliance of pass-through entities, trusts and high wealth individuals and has extensive experience with consolidated corporation returns and multistate corporations. Sean advises on the financial statement process and its effect on related tax compliance issues.
Sean has a hands-on, low-key style. He is reachable and takes responsibility for completing clients' needs.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys golf and spending time with family.
