Rachael joined Eide Bailly in 2010 and provides audit, accounting and business consulting services to a variety of clients. Her specialties include employee benefit plans and nonprofit organizations. She spends much of her time coordinating, completing and overseeing various audit engagements.

When you work with Rachael, you can expect a responsive, knowledgeable and above all, a friendly and personal touch. She is passionate about her work and especially likes client interaction. She works best in collaborative relationships.

When she's not busy with her audit work, Rachael's pride and joy is her family. She and her husband have two kids who keep them on their toes. Rachael also enjoys getting out on the golf course and spending time out on the lake.
