What motivates me is witnessing the positive impact that my work has on my clients' organization. Behind every organization are the dedicated individuals who drive its success. My passion lies in giving clients the tools to provide these individuals, the backbone of any company, the comprehensive employee benefits and support they deserve.
Judy assists employers navigate the tax and ERISA aspects of structuring, designing and administering their benefits and compensation arrangements, including equity-based compensation, pension plans, non-qualified deferred compensation, health and welfare plans and other benefit programs. She also helps plan sponsors and Boards of Trustees understand and comply with their fiduciary obligations.

Outside of work, Judy enjoys running, hiking and spending time with her two Yorkies, Amber and Sienna.
