As the firms Director of the Gaming & Hospitality Industry, Caesar specializes in serving the financial and regulatory needs of the gaming industry. He regularly conducts audits for gaming organizations, as well as other non-gaming commercial entities, with a strong focus on educating his clients in order to help them avoid problems or challenges in the future. Caesar also serves as the firms Regional Assurance Practice Leader over the Pacific Northwest Region, and is the Northern Nevada Market Leader.

Away from the office, Caesar spends most of his free time with his wife and two daughters. With both daughters away for college, he and his wife try to travel and visit as often as possible. Avid outdoors people, they also enjoy the mountains of northern Nevada, as do their other kids-the Labrador retrievers.
