Bobby provides assurance services to local education agencies (K-12 school districts, county offices of education and charter schools) and nonprofits. He has an in-depth knowledge of the federal and state compliance requirements associated with local education agencies receiving federal and state funding. In addition to financial and compliance audits, Bobby also performs agreed upon procedure engagements for Proposition 39 and Proposition 51 bonds.
