Aaron joined Eide Bailly in 1998 and specializes in serving clients in the affordable housing and nonprofit industries. He oversees the review of more than 400 affordable housing audits and 50 final cost certifications and carryovers each year. His experience includes audits of public housing authorities, multifamily HUD, Rural Development and low-income housing tax credit projects.

With Aaron on your engagement team, you can expect him to work with you to timely complete the financial statement and compliance audits, final cost certifications and 10% carryovers, in order to meet any regulatory or investor deadlines. In addition, he will work with you in order to maximize the low-income housing tax credit eligible basis for your project.

Outside of work, Aaron spends much of his free time with his family. He likes to stay active by playing golf, riding bikes and pretty much any other outdoor activity. Aaron is also an active member of his church.
