Keith A. Schmidt

It is inspiring to work for a firm whose commitment to their clients is only exceeded by their commitment to their staff.

Keith has been with Eide Bailly since 1995 and currently leads the tax department at the firm's Spokane, Washington, office. His decades-long career has focused in large part on tax compliance and planning for individuals and privately held businesses (construction contractors in particular). Keith is also an experienced business consultant, working closely with clients in the construction industry, private physician groups, retail, restaurant and franchisees and professional service groups. Keith serves at Partner-in-Charge of Eide Bailly's Spokane office.

When you work with Keith, you can expect a keen eye for detail and an expert's grasp on the intricacies of tax compliance and tax planning. You and your business will get a partner whose experience you can rely on for quick, accurate solutions to whatever issues you may face, as he has likely solved similar challenges throughout his career.

When Keith's not at the office working on one of his client engagements, he's likely outside breaking a sweat either on the tennis court or on the golf course. If the courts are booked and tee times are unavailable, he also likes to head to the lake on the weekend to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Pacific Northwest.
