OVERVIEW

As a Certified Healthcare Business Consultant, valuation analyst, experienced administrator, senior consultant and national speaker, Jackie Coult, CHBC, brings her extensive expertise to all Eide Bailly’s clients. Her strategy has been to focus on the individual needs of each practice or facility to create business solutions that improve profitability, efficiency and quality of care. Jackie has more than 28 years of consulting experience and has worked closely with many physician practices and hospitals over a broad spectrum of specialties.

Jackie has completed over 228 startup practices for a wide variety of providers, including Medical Practices, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Imaging Centers and Infusion Centers. She also has extensive experience in physician integration alignment, including data analytics, population management, physician practice expansion, referral management, cost reduction, compensation strategies, patient cost analytics, operational efficiencies, coordination of care and true integration of care for quality patient outcomes.

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys traveling the world, camping, boating and going off-road UTVing with her family and friends. Jackie and her husband adore their two golden retrievers, Tessa and Cooper, as well as their two children, Cory and Krystal.
