NORMAN, OKLAHOMA — Eide Bailly LLP, a regional certified public accounting and business advisory firm, has been selected as one of the top four Best Places to Work in Oklahoma for 2015. The honor is awarded by okc.BIZ magazine and Best Companies Group, which identifies and honors the state’s best employers. This is the 10th year in a row that Eide Bailly has been recognized with this honor.
Program organizers collected data from all competition entrants and performed employee surveys to determine which companies had the best practices. The entries were narrowed down to 30 finalists by identifying their workplace strengths and weaknesses compared to other participants. Categories studied included leadership and planning, corporate culture and communications, role satisfaction, work environment and relationships with supervisors.
