FARGO, ND — The partners of Eide Bailly LLP, a regional certified public accounting and business advisory firm, have elected two of their colleagues to the Eide Bailly Board of Directors.
Kevin Doyle, audit partner in Sioux Falls, S.D., was re-elected to the board, and Jeremy Hauk, tax partner in Billings, Mont., became the board’s newest member. Their three-year terms begin immediately.
Kevin Doyle is currently vice chairman of the board and is partner-in-charge of Eide Bailly’s Sioux Falls office. He has more than 35 years of public accounting experience and specializes in working with public utility companies. Doyle also serves as council representative to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants on behalf of the South Dakota CPA Society. He received his B.S. in accounting from the University of South Dakota, Vermillion.
Jeremy Hauk has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting. Jeremy provides tax, consulting, and advisory services to a diverse client base, including financial institutions, real estate companies, and various pass-through entities. Jeremy specializes in tax planning for individuals and estates. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Montana Bankers Association, and the Billings Chamber of Commerce. He received his B.S. in accounting from Montana State University in Bozeman.
