FARGO, N.D. — During its November partnership meeting, the partners of Eide Bailly LLP, a regional certified public accounting and business advisory firm, elected two new members to its board of directors: Tom Ritchie from the firm’s Tulsa, Okla., office and Scott Kost from its Fargo, N.D., office. They will begin serving their three-year terms immediately.
Tom Ritchie – Ritchie is a partner and a CPA with more than 26 years of experience providing accounting services for a variety of businesses. He has extensive experience in federal and state tax compliance, planning and consulting, and works with clients to minimize their tax liabilities. Additionally, he has leveraged his expertise in federal and state tax credits to provide hundreds of clients the opportunity to save more than $60 million. Ritchie is also passionate about helping others. He spends a great deal of his time volunteering and raising money for the community. He is currently on the board of Make a Wish, Oklahoma, and holds various roles in other local organizations and events. He also champions a "Pay it Forward" campaign in Oklahoma each December and is the founder and director of an annual golf tournament that has raised more than $400,000 for ALS research.
Scott Kost – Kost is a principal and is the director of technology consulting for Eide Bailly. He has more than 25 years of experience leading small and large IT organizations. He has served in a variety of executive management roles, including chief executive officer, chief operating officer, vice president, branch manager and major accounts manager. He provides project management and leadership for IT projects as well as training and development for technology, personal development and strategic thinking.
