Al Nolte, CPA, MBA, partner, has more than 13 years of providing public accounting, auditing and consulting services to financial institutions. Nolte joined Eide Bailly in 2000 after graduating from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks and has a Masters of Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants and the North Dakota Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Ann Rockswold, CRCM, CBAP, principal, has more than 20 years of banking and management experience, and works with financial institutions to set up and monitor all aspects of their regulatory compliance programs. She is a past board member of the North Dakota School of Banking, American Institute of Banking, West Acres Merchant Association and was a Leadership Fargo graduate in 1997. Rockswold joined Eide Bailly in 2000 and is a graduate of the University of Mary in Fargo.
Ava Archibald, EA, principal, has more than 25 years of public accounting experience providing services to a variety of industries, specializing in the areas of estate, gift and fiduciary taxation, as well as wealth transfer and estate planning. She is a member of the Red River Valley Estate Planning Council and is an IRS Enrolled Agent. Archibald joined Eide Bailly in 2006 and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota in Crookston.
Brian Bertsch, principal, has more than 16 years of providing consulting services for various hospitals, long-term care facilities and other health care related organizations. He is a member of the South Dakota Healthcare Financial Management Association and has served on their board as president. Bertsch joined Eide Bailly in 1997 and is a graduate of the University of South Dakota.
Chad Weber, CPA, partner, has more than 14 years of public accounting experience providing federal taxation services for corporations, partnerships and individuals. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the South Dakota Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Northeast Chapter of South Dakota CPAs. Weber joined Eide Bailly in 1998 and is a graduate of Northern State University in Aberdeen, S.D.
Danny Bresnahan, CPA, partner, has more than 13 years of providing public accounting, specifically in tax, serving clients in a variety of industries. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, The Council of Petroleum Accounting Societies and the West Slope Colorado Oil and Gas Association. Bresnhan joined Eide Bailly in 2000 and is a graduate of Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction.
Linda Albrecht, CBA, CRP, CRCM, AMLP, principal, has more than 20 years of providing consulting services to financial institutions in the areas of regulatory compliance and internal audit. She is a member of the Independent Community Bankers of America and Minnesota Bankers Association. Albrecht joined Eide Bailly in 1996 and is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College, St. Peter, Minn.
Janice Wilburn, CPA, partner, has more than 16 years of providing public accounting with emphasis on tax compliance and planning for various industries, high wealth individuals, physician groups and family groups. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, Leadership Tulsa – Class 46 and Clarehouse board member. Wilburn joined Eide Bailly in 2006 and is a graduate of the University of Tulsa, Okla.
Joe Splinter, CPA, partner, has more than 12 years of providing public accounting auditing and consulting services to clients with an emphasis on serving the health care and non-profit industries. He is a member of Iowa Healthcare Financial Management Association, Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Splinter joined Eide Bailly in 2000 and is a graduate of Loras College, Dubuque, Iowa.
