He specializes in companies engaged in extracting natural resources (aggregates, coal, geothermal, oil and natural gas, and precious metals) and associated infrastructure assets throughout the U.S. and internationally. Included within this experience are many acquisitions and disposition transactions for companies with a specialty in energy production and credits.

Matt has more than 10 years of experience in public accounting, focusing on audit and transaction advisory services. He provides advice to clients throughout the transaction process, including consulting on due diligence efforts, purchase agreement review, and post-closing support.
