She has experience with a variety of different entities, including C corporations, S corporations, LLCs and partnerships, and assists clients in a variety of state and local tax areas including legal entity restructuring, nexus studies, state income tax filing methods, apportionment analyses, sales and use tax analyses, credits and incentives, due diligence, audit assistance, income/franchise and sales/use tax compliance and state tax provisions.
