Cathy helps clients strengthen financial reporting, policies, and procedures by working with clients to implement the best nonprofit industry practices. Cathy helps to educate leadership in nonprofit accounting language so they can better understand the organization's financial position and know how to use financial information to reach their goals. As a seasoned financial, payroll, and human resource leader within the medical, nonprofit, and governmental fields, Kristina has a 25-year history of not only growing an organization but also being able to streamline processes without taking away from the important mission of the organization. Kristina provides key insight and advice to clients who may have unique issues that occur in their business around the payroll processes, tax, quarterly returns, and IRS/State regulations. Kristina is a person of action and believes that helping others succeed each day is the secret to happiness.

Colette is a consultant with 20 years of experience providing tax consulting services and analyzing complex tax situations from both sides of the desk. She spent roughly 10 years providing tax saving solutions for clients before going in-house to focus on credits and global acquisitions for a Fortune 200 company. In returning to the client service side, focused on R&D credits and Section 174 studies. In joining Eide Bailly’s National Tax Office she is focusing her efforts on federal energy incentives while being a resource for the R&D and M&A teams. Colette helps our clients understand the ever-changing landscape of tax credits and incentives. She works with both tax-exempt and taxable organizations to understand available incentives.

Deb McDaniel has been the North Dakota gaming director for the past nine years and has worked for the Gaming Division under the Office of Attorney General for 28 years. McDaniel is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, and prior to moving to North Dakota, she worked in the gaming industry in Reno, Nevada. She oversees 18 employees who regulate the charitable gaming organizations, distributors, and manufacturers. The Division conducts audits, testifies to legislative committees, helps draft administrative rules, investigates theft, noncompliance, and illegal gaming activities. The Division assists cities and counties with gaming compliance and issues. They also assist approximately 350 + organizations in completing and submitting quarterly tax returns.
