The Eide Bailly Board of Directors has elected Laura Srsich chair of the board and Jeremy Hauk vice chair for 2018. Each will serve a one-year term.
Srsich is a partner in Eide Bailly’s Denver office and has almost 30 years of individual, corporate and partnership tax & business consulting experience. She has served clients in a variety of industries including real estate, oil and gas, professional services and closely held businesses. She has also served foreign-owned corporations, U.S. corporations with foreign subsidiaries, tiered partnerships and high net worth individuals. In addition to serving on the board, Srsich also is a member of the firm’s women’s initiative, First Focus. Outside of Eide Bailly, Srsich has served as president of the Alliance of Professional Women Foundation, board member for Make-A-Wish of Colorado, and a member of the United Way Women’s Leadership Council. She was also recognized as a 2015 Leader of Note by the Colorado Society of CPAs.
Hauk joined the firm in 1989 and is a partner in the firm’s Billings, Mont., office. He has provided tax, consulting and business advisory services to a diverse group of clients from a wide range of industries, including financial institutions, real estate, dentist and physician groups, as well as income tax and estate planning for individuals. He is also a member of the firm's Retirement Committee and Financial Institutions Services Group, and serves as the tax department head of the Billings office. He has served on multiple community boards including the Billings Catholic Schools Foundation, the Montana State University Accounting Advisory Council, the St. Pats Co-Cathedral Finance Committee and the Billings Society of CPAs.
