OVERVIEW

Jason started his transfer pricing career in 2004, managing both domestic and international projects related to transfers of tangible and intangible property, the provision of services and lending among related parties in multiple tax jurisdictions. He assists companies with planning and implementing intercompany pricing while helping to minimize risk via planning and documentation studies. He also provides controversy and audit assistance, performs cost sharing and headquarter cost analyses and provides tax-optimized supply chain planning. Jason provides transfer pricing services across many industries, such as specialty chemicals, consumer products, food and beverage, industrial manufacturing, software and retail.

You will find Jason to be a trusted business advisor who will consider what is best for your company when making recommendations. Jason provides practical, right-sized advice with clear explanations on the benefits.

Outside of work, Jason spends time with his family, which includes a young daughter. He also loves boating, golfing, hiking, camping and working on do-it-yourself projects around the house. Jason also enjoys volunteering in his community.

  • Teams with clients across multiple industries to expand their businesses internationally in a tax-efficient manner while reducing their audit risk. In doing so, Jason helps these clients think about how they will grow internationally for years to come.
  • Identifies additional tax-savings opportunities while performing transfer pricing functional analyses, including research and development credit studies, cost segregation analyses and Section 199A analyses.
  • Identified business-related inefficiencies for a consumer products manufacturer by conducting a thorough functional analysis of the company's functions, assets and risks globally.
  • Considers the international and domestic tax implications of his transfer pricing advice.
