Laura M. Srsich, CPA

Laura offers business consulting and general corporate and partnership tax services to Eide Bailly clients operating in all 50 states, as well Canada, Mexico, South America and Europe. She works closely with clients in real estate, oilfield services, professional service firms and software companies. Her expertise covers both private and public sectors, including S corporations, Partnerships, LLCs and consolidated corporations operating across state lines and abroad.

When you work with Laura, you get a tax and accounting partner who works with you, not just for you. She values the collaborative relationships she has developed with her clients and feels that it is important to understand not only the business of her clients, but their overall goals as well. She assembles the right team to meet the specific needs of each client, which is why she has such long-standing relationships.

Away from the office, Laura enjoys travelling and seeing the world-especially under water! She is an avid scuba diver, which is quite an accomplishment for someone who lives 6,000 feet above sea level. She also loves to ski and spend time in the mountains of Colorado. Her two grown sons are off to college, so family time is currently limited but still very much a priority whenever school breaks allow.
