My favorite thing about my job is helping families transition business operations successfully to the next generation. There are many peices to the transition puzzle, but I enjoy learning from my clients what they value as most important to help that transition occur.

Since 2010, Erica has been providing public accounting services to Eide Bailly clients in a wide variety of industries. She has been on Eide Bailly’s valuation team for the past 11 years.

Outside of the office, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband and three extremely active children. Whether it’s baseball, football, basketball, golf, gymnastics or soccer, Erica cheers the loudest for her favorite stars! When schedules allow, Erica enjoys traveling with family and friends to warmer climates.

- Performs business valuations and other consulting services for estate and gift taxes, business transactions and litigation purposes.
- Builds financial models for many purposes, including feasibility studies, sensitivity analysis, monthly and yearly cash burn analysis and identifying debt service needs.
