James serves as the Strategic Growth Officer for Eide Bailly, where he is responsible for managing and leading the firm's Industries and Specialty Services. A partner of the firm, James focuses his time on building specialty service offerings around Eide Bailly's core services and industry niches. He provides guidance and insight within the firm to ensure that all service lines, industries and geographic locations continue to expand to meet client needs.

When he's not reviewing a possible acquisition, James devotes much of his free time to his family and giving back to his community. He is an active fundraiser for The Children's Hospital, participating in the annual winter radio-thon and summer Courage Classic bike tour. He also donates his time and talent to the Make-A-Wish organization, where he is on the advisory council. In his remaining free time, James loves to golf, travel and spend time with family.
