Mark helps businesses meet their financial reporting needs. He provides insight into new accounting standards to help clients understand the accounting implications.

When you work with Mark, you can expect him to approach each situation with an open mind. He does not hesitate to take the time to understand the client's situation and help guide them to a final solution.

When he's not crunching numbers or working through an audit, Mark enjoys golfing, biking, and spending time with his wife and kids.

Client Work

  • Helps private companies, ranging in size from pre-revenue to over $1 billion, in a variety of industries. Focuses on manufacturing and distribution, software and service companies.
  • Works with clients on their employee benefit plan audits, including defined contribution plans and employee stock option plans to ensure compliance with GAAP, Department of Labor, and ERISA requirements.
  • Works with clients on the accounting for complex debt and equity financing arrangements, stock option compensation and revenue recognition.
