Client Work

  • Helps private companies, ranging in size from pre-revenue to over $1 billion, in a variety of industries. Focuses on manufacturing and distribution, software and service companies.
  • Works with clients on their employee benefit plan audits, including defined contribution plans and employee stock option plans to ensure compliance with GAAP, Department of Labor, and ERISA requirements.
  • Works with clients on the accounting for complex debt and equity financing arrangements, stock option compensation and revenue recognition.
