To me, excellent client service means delivering services and solutions in a timely manner while maintaining a great working relationship. I want my clients to recognize they are dealing with someone who will work hard for them, and, at the same time, take a common sense approach and have some fun.


Kirk provides audit and accounting services to closely held companies, including contractors, ag-related businesses, manufacturers and dealerships. He specializes in employee-owned companies, focusing on tax and accounting services related to ESOPs, health and welfare, and 401(k) plans. He also has experience with mergers and acquisitions, ensuring clients stay on top of necessary due diligence procedures.

Kirk will be your go-to direct contact for audits, reviews and compilations, working side-by-side with you and your organization to navigate the sometimes complicated world of accounting. His goal is to help you keep your financial house in order so you can focus on your business. Kirk combines common sense with a deadline-driven work ethic and a healthy side of accountant's humor.

Away from the office, Kirk spends most of his free time with his family. He enjoys weekends at the lake, and cheering on his kids at their various activities. When he finds even more spare time, Kirk also likes to golf and recall the good times when he still had hair.
