Bryan has provided tax and consulting services to businesses and individuals since 1987. He specializes in multi-national corporations, foreign business operations, multi-state companies, partnerships and limited liability company tax issues. Bryan is a tax and business counsel to both closely held businesses and corporate tax departments in a variety of industries. Manufacturing, distribution and real estate management companies are specialties. However, he also has a unique practice in the entertainment industry, including film, television, radio, multimedia, publishing and music. In addition, Bryan provides business management services to entertainers, athletes and high net worth individuals. He is knowledgeable on tax and business issues, and he speaks on domestic and international tax issues.

Bryan is an effective listener and is able to understand his clients' issues. His ability to see the big picture and explain the tax consequences effectively is a trait the clients admire.

In his free time, Bryan enjoys playing golf, some basketball and swimming for exercise. As part of his HLB International responsibilities, Bryan travels often and enjoys connecting with other international tax partners. At home, he enjoys landscape architecture, theater and reading.
