Erin Villafana

Building meaningful and long lasting relationships with my clients inspires me to come to work each day so I can provide them with an exceptional Eide Bailly experience and help them reach their goals.

Erin provides public accounting services with a focus on the financial institution industry. In addition, she has more than five years of experience working in a community bank which provides her a real-world perspective of the audit process. She provides audit and advisory services to financial institution clients throughout California, ranging from de novo banks to publicly traded companies with assets in excess of $7 billion. She is knowledgeable in SEC and other regulatory reporting, FDICIA and SOX 404 compliance. She is also active in internal staff training, mentoring and college recruiting efforts.

When you work with Erin, you can expect a responsive, personal touch. She likes to get to know her clients so that she can understand how to better serve their needs. You can expect to build a positive relationship and have an overall positive experience with the team.

Outside of work, Erin values family time with her husband, two young boys and their two dogs. You’ll find her either in the dugout assisting her sons’ baseball teams as team mom, cheering for them from the sidelines as their biggest fan, or leading her cub scouts in their adventures.
