OVERVIEW

Bob works with dealerships to improve areas that have been identified as weaknesses. His experience comes from 30 years of working with, working in and studying the dealership industry.

Dealer clients can expect that Bob knows the business. He has worked almost every position in a dealership, so he understands the day-to-day challenges they face. Bob always delivers a smile along with his honest, thorough feedback.

Outside of work, Bob enjoys playing tennis, riding bike, volunteering in the community and creating new recipes and meals—primarily involving a barbecue grill.

Client Work

  • Assisted dealership group with revamping and streamlining the accounts payable function.
  • Developed automated tools which allowed managers to better analyze operating results, such as sales, gross profit, expense trends, and cash flows.
  • Trained office staff on accounting theory and application in the dealership industry, and taught them how to use that knowledge to be more efficient and effective in their roles.
