Karla R. Wilson, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Karla R. Wilson

Whether it entails creating a more efficient process, solving a problem or providing analytical data that helps businesses make more informed decisions, I find it rewarding to help others succeed in all facets of life.

Since 1982, Karla has been gaining expertise in accounting and business consulting. In 2003, Karla turned her efforts from client service to an internal focus of the firm. As a well-rounded professional, she manages the finance team, providing team members with focused direction, challenging work and learning opportunities.

In the office, Karla is known as a straight shooter. Karla's team comes to her with problems, knowing they can trust her to give a factual, honest answer without conflicting emotion. She is constantly striving to help people find an efficient way to do their work without getting buried in the details. In helping them see the bigger picture, she knows her team can communicate those solutions onto their clients to help them achieve success.

Outside of work, you can find Karla at the lake enjoying the company of family and friends, attending a Bible study or volunteering. Recent passions for giving back include packing meals through Feed My Starving Children and participating in a Befrienders group through her church. As a professed life-long learner, Karla also likes to read books on business acumen, emotional intelligence or faith.
