Richard Hickman, EnCE

Digital Forensics and eDiscovery Manager

Richard Hickman

“Finding that piece of evidence that cracks open a case is the best feeling in the world. I love to help clients by finding pieces of evidence that give them relief in some of the most stressful situations they’ll experience.”

Since 2012, Richard has been providing digital forensic services, including digital forensic examinations, expert witness testimony, incident response, eDiscovery and litigation support to small and large businesses, law firms and law enforcement. This includes examining computers, servers, mobile devices and cloud data among other duties.

When working with Richard, clients can expect a trusted business partner who does everything in his power to provide solutions while also figuring out the most cost-effective way to do so. Richard’s vast experience helps him work through his client’s, identifying all possible sources of data and the best way to approach each individual situation.

When he’s not in the office, you can find Richard at the CrossFit gym or spending time with friends and family. Throughout the year, he enjoys spending time outdoors whether it be hiking and camping in the Utah Mountains or riding his Harley through the canyons. Richard is also a fan of the NFL. However, he can’t seem to find allegiance to any specific team as he feels eternally betrayed by the Chargers moving to Los Angeles.
