Amy Tepp

“Healthcare organizations are continually challenged to adapt to changing regulations and reimbursement streams while finding the balance between what makes sense financially and remaining true to their mission. My goal is to work with clients as a trusted partner in our projects, creating collaboration that creates that sought-after balance.”

OVERVIEW

Coming from a well-rounded background, Amy performs chargemaster evaluations, provides revenue cycle optimization reviews, and facilitates compliance program assessments and audits. She conducts regulatory review and analysis on proposed and final legislation impacting healthcare organizations.

When working with Amy, clients can expect an accomplished, motivated and effective healthcare revenue cycle and compliance leader who brings hands-on knowledge to her clients. She is a trusted business partner who will collaborate with clients from assessment to implementation, ensuring their organizations achieve optimal outcomes.

When she’s not in the office, you can find Amy looking for an excuse to interact with horses. She’s passionate about trail riding either locally or overnight at horse campgrounds and enjoys making an annual trip to Las Vegas during the National Finals Rodeo. Amy and her family are also Minnesota sports fans, attending at least one Vikings, Twins, Timberwolves and Wild game each year. On brisk, snowy winter weekends, you just might find Amy nestled on the couch watching the Hallmark Channel.
