Ross helps the firm analyze how innovation can benefit internal processes, products and services, and the client experience.

When he's not innovating or helping clients, Ross keeps busy coaching youth basketball, playing golf, being outdoors and spending time with his family. He occasionally sits down, but you're more likely to find him on the move.
