Maria A. Schwingler, CPA

Partner/Employee Benefit Plan Industry Leader

Maria A. Schwingler

I love coming to work for Eide Bailly and working with clients because of the different and dynamic people I have the opportunity to work with each and every day - both internally at Eide Bailly and externally with clients. Every day is different and brings its own challenges. I value the Eide Bailly culture and that the firm stays true to living that culture each day.

Maria joined Eide Bailly in 2005 and provides audit, accounting and business consulting services to a variety of clients. Her specialty is employee benefit plans and nonprofit organizations, and she spends much of her time coordinating and overseeing various audit engagements. Maria works with organizations to understand the impact of accounting changes, including changes and disclosure requirements as they relate to nonprofit and employee benefit plan financial statements and any related regulatory changes, as well as communicating audit results to management, committees and boards.

When you work with Maria, you can expect a responsive, personal touch. She always tries to take the time to understand her clients' needs and assist them with any questions that they have in a timely manner.

At the end of the day, Maria wants clients to walk away from their experience with a positive experience of Eide Bailly -- one they would share with others.
