The complexities within the audit environment, healthcare industry and business transactions seem to have a way of creating new and exciting problems to solve. While it can be the most stressful aspect of the job, it energizes me and provides me with a true sense of accomplishment.
OVERVIEW
Having been in public accounting since 2004, Tyler specializes in providing assurance services and business consulting for healthcare organizations, nonprofits and related entities. He provides valuable insights, from complex accounting guidance to benchmarking and financial analysis, to make sure business leaders have actionable information when making decisions that affect the entire organization.
With seemingly constant changes to healthcare rules and regulations, Tyler will work with you and your organization to ensure your company stays current (and compliant). You can expect timely services without surprises, along with practical information and advice so you can remain committed to achieving your goals.
When he's not working on behalf of his clients, you'll often find Tyler watching Disney movies, playing with toys and chasing after his two kids. When he's traveling – either for work or pleasure – he likes to take in new sights, try new restaurants and sample the local craft beers.

Client Work
- Conducted financial statement audits, reviews and compilations for the health care and nonprofit industries, from smaller organizations to multi-entity health systems, and consulted on complex accounting transactions, including interest rate swaps, alternative investments, acquisitions, etc.
- Provisioned audits in accordance with Uniform Guidance (single audits) and HUD requirements.
- Developed agreed-upon procedures engagements for various purposes, including reports for official statements of public debt offerings.
- Provided on-going client and internal education on technical matters and accounting changes as chair of Eide Bailly's healthcare technical issues committee.
- Consulted on complex nature of COVID-related programs, leading Eide Bailly's Provider Relief Fund task force.
