Manages a team of recruiters skilled at sourcing passive candidates and bringing them through the full cycle recruitment process up to the point of hire. Responsible for career development, goal setting, handling performance issues and being accountable for recruitment for the firm.Develops recruitment processes for campus and experienced recruitment efforts to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations.Creates recruitment strategies to attract and hire high quality individuals for positions at all levels.Works with leaders to identify staffing needs and establish recruitment strategies.Develops job descriptions for positions at all levels.
