Jenni is a numbers nerd who helps small and mid-sized businesses grow. She leads a team of dedicated professionals who work with business clients to better understand their financial picture and make educated and strategic decisions for their companies.

When she's not at work, Jenni is keeping up with all things sport-related or chasing her three kids around. But she is a numbers nerd, so she's probably working on a spreadsheet, too.

Client Work
- Led teams that provided all levels of accounting and financial knowledge to small and mid-sized businesses.
- Provided audit and accounting services to clients in several industries with a focus on manufacturing, retail/wholesale and nonprofits, and worked frequently with SEC filings, including annual reports, periodic filings, follow-on offerings and debt offerings.
- Developed and presented to boards of directors and audit committees, and experienced with engagements for large, multi-location companies.
- Served as co-chair of Eide Bailly's Women's Initiative Program, First Focus, with the vision of nurturing a firmwide culture where women are as likely to succeed as men.
- Assisted the firm's National Assurance Office with communication and training, and served as instructor for the firm's and state society's continuing education program.
