Kim delivers tax services to health care providers and nonprofits, working closely with tax-exempt organizations to provide comprehensive tax consulting, planning and compliance expertise. She joined Eide Bailly in 2002, and has since guided clients through changes in tax reporting requirements and tax law. She assists nonprofits in formations of new entities, annual compliance requirements and all other tax related issues.

When you work with Kim, you get a recognized leader who truly cares about the work your organization is doing. She will provide practical advice and take the time to help you understand your options when addressing the impact of the latest changes to tax law, compliance and reporting requirements.

Outside of the office, Kim gives back to her community by serving as President of a local nonprofit organization and actively supporting other organizations associated with activities her children are involved in. She loves to cook, read and spend time with family and friends at her cabin in northern Wisconsin.

Worked with nonprofit organizations to assess the impact of tax law and reporting changes, helping to develop new strategies to address the changes.

Developed corporate-wide restructuring strategies in order to minimize tax costs for the organization.

Worked with clients to coordinate IRS examinations resulting in no changes in tax reporting or taxes assessed.

Consultant for mergers and acquisitions, formation of tax-exempt entities, unrelated business income studies, compensation and benefits issues, IRS examinations and charitable giving.
