OVERVIEW
Dan is a Director within the insurance industry practice at Eide Bailly and is a strategic, disciplined tax leader who has built a career meeting significant business challenges. He has spent half of his career in public accounting and the other half in corporate, all in the insurance industry. Dan is responsible for execution and delivery of tax compliance and consulting services to the firm’s insurance clients.
Dan has significant and broad expertise in property and casualty, life, health and captive insurance company taxation. He is well prepared to partner with you in addressing your tax issues.
When he is not serving clients, Dan enjoys playing golf and has a passion for cooking and gardening at his New England home.

- Experienced in private debt structuring with heavy emphasis on tax considerations, debt service analysis, equity projections and interaction with foreign subsidiaries
