Sisel, CPAPartner/Health Systems Industry LeaderScott leads Eide Bailly’s Internal Audit practice and serves clients across a variety of industries, with a focus on the healthcare and health insurance industry. He assists and advises organizations on risk, control and governance, business process and restructuring, merger and acquisitions, and organizational leadership as it relates to internal audit and compliance functions. Scott's areas of expertise include internal controls, risk management, organizational leadership, finance and accounting, strategic planning, and transaction execution. He also leads the firm’s Health System Industry and serves on the Healthcare Executive Council.
- John HanleySenior Managing Director, Healthcare Finance | ZieglerJohn Hanley joined Ziegler in 2003. As senior managing director and head of healthcare finance, he is responsible for the management and direction of the healthcare practice line. John has more than 20 years of experience providing a broad range of capital market solutions and strategic, financial advisory services to clients throughout the country. His clients consist of large regional healthcare systems and independent community hospitals. Over his career, John has structured a diverse number of tax-exempt and taxable debt solutions. In addition, he has provided unique and innovative capital solutions for complex projects, which include the use of off-balance sheet financing and sale-leaseback structures. Most recently, he has spent a considerable amount of time on strategic planning discussions with clients resulting in his participation in acquisitions. Prior to joining Ziegler, John was a co-head of healthcare for the investment banking division of National City Bank. He received his B.A. from the University of Detroit in Michigan.
- Howard LipshutzSenior Advisor | Revelstoke Capital PartnersHoward Lipshutz has more than 37 years of experience as a private equity investor and corporate lending professional. Since joining Revelstoke as an Operating Partner in 2014, he is responsible for debt capital markets as well as acquisition and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Revelstoke, Mr. Lipshutz co-founded a lower middle market private equity firm, sourcing capital from a select group of family office investors. For 14 years, Mr. Lipshutz was a Director at KRG Capital Partners, a Denver-based middle market private equity firm. At KRG, Mr. Lipshutz led the deal origination and marketing functions and was a senior deal team/board member on companies in various industry sectors. Mr. Lipshutz spent the first 16 years of his career as a corporate lender, primarily with Nations Bank/Bank of America in Los Angeles, including 8 years involved in cash flow lending for private equity-backed M&A transactions. Mr. Lipshutz received his M.B.A. from Cornell University's Johnson School of Management and has his B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.

He brings 35 years of experience in commercial banking, corporate finance, and capital markets, with an industry focus on nonprofit tax-exempt and taxable financing. He serves on the bank's Nonprofit Enterprise Advisory Board. Jim has a Bachelor's degree in Economics, and a Masters of Business Administration. He serves as a trustee and Finance Chair on the board of Denver Academy, and enjoys biking, the mountains, and live music in his free time.
- Shawn GravesManaging Director | U.S. BankShawn is a Managing Director in U.S. Bank’s Loan Capital Markets Division where he specializes in loan syndications and complex transactions for not-for-profit healthcare systems and middle market companies. He has been covering not-for-profit healthcare and the St. Louis and Kansas City markets for 20+ years as well as various other markets around the country. He joined Mercantile Bank, which later became U.S. Bank, in 1997 after spending four years at NationsBank as an Analyst in the Fixed Income group. Shawn graduated with a B.A. from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and earned his M.B.A. from St. Louis University. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
